Album Notes & Community Reviews
A structurally simple but sonically dense pop masterwork, built upon a driving piano rhythm and lush, descending viola lines. The intentionally contradictory lyrics and triumphant, fading coda illustrate Paul McCartney's profound grasp of commercial pop dynamics during their most experimental era.
