Biography
Formed in Liverpool, England, in 1960, The Beatles became the most influential band in popular music history. The core quartet of John Lennon, Paul McCartney, George Harrison, and Ringo Starr evolved from their rock and roll and Merseybeat roots into pioneering songwriters and studio innovators. Their work on the #Parlophone# and #Apple Records# labels, including groundbreaking albums like 'Sgt.
