Album Notes & Community Reviews

A highly polarizing, ska-inflected composition that showcases Paul McCartney's penchant for narrative-driven, music hall styling. Despite significant internal tension during its exhaustive recording process, the track's buoyant, bouncing rhythm and sing-along chorus ensured its lasting status as a popular standard.
