Everything Is Perfect

Album Notes & Community Reviews

Utilizing high-contrast dynamics and a low-fidelity production aesthetic, the EP established a sound rooted in slacker rock and early-80s post-punk. The recordings prioritize a murky and often dark atmosphere that addresses themes of domestic isolation and personal failure. It represents a significant introductory document within the American independent scene, bridging the gap between indie-rock foundations and abstract sound design.
