Album Notes & Community Reviews

Operating at the vanguard of the San Francisco punk scene, Ricky Williams' ensemble delivered a distinctly dark and atmospheric counterpoint to their faster-paced peers. The brooding instrumentation and erratic, alienated vocal performances anticipated the looming gothic rock and deathrock movements of the early 1980s.
