Album Notes & Community Reviews
Recorded quickly during a break in their 'Zeitgeist' tour, 'American Gothic' is a predominantly acoustic, reflective outing from Billy Corgan and Jimmy Chamberlin. The release strips away the band's dense alt-metal production, focusing instead on delicate vocal harmonies and traditional folk-rock instrumentation.
