Album Notes & Community Reviews
The British-Bahraini trumpeter and composer returns with a deeply atmospheric EP that further bridges contemporary jazz with traditional Arabic scales and rhythms. The compositions utilize intricate brass arrangements, hypnotic percussion, and expansive electronic processing to evoke the immersive, meditative experience of the Japanese concept of 'forest bathing' referenced in its title.
