Lark

Album Notes & Community Reviews

Unveiled as the second single from 'All Mirrors', 'Lark' is a breathtaking, highly dramatic six-minute orchestral art-rock masterpiece. The track was built up over many years, slowly developing from a quiet acoustic-guitar whisper into a thundering, dense wall of strings and martial percussion. Her intensely passionate, raw vocal delivery navigates a painful breakup narrative, successfully capturing an anxious, suspenseful, and ultimately triumphant sense of scale.
