Album Notes & Community Reviews
Black Box Recorder's second album, produced with Phil Vinall, sets Sarah Nixey's affectless vocal delivery against Luke Haines' arrangements of indietronica and lounge-pop instrumentation. Its songs, including the title track and 'Child Psychology', apply a forensic, sardonic eye to English suburban life.
