Prophecy at 1420 MHz

Album Notes & Community Reviews

Released as the duo's first original material in over a decade, the track title references the specific radio frequency associated with the search for extraterrestrial intelligence and the Wow! signal. The production utilizes characteristic tape-saturated synthesizers and cryptic vocal samples to evoke a sense of paranormal dread. It signals a shift toward a more nocturnal, hauntology-driven sound compared to the pastoral aesthetics of their early work.
