Album Notes & Community Reviews
The staggering opening track to 'Blood on the Tracks', utilizing shifting perspectives and non-linear storytelling inspired by Cubist painting. The lyrics trace a sprawling, restless narrative of a fractured relationship across time and geography, anchored by a driving, acoustic folk-rock arrangement. It stands as one of his most deeply personal and structurally ambitious compositions.
