Absolutego

Album Notes & Community Reviews

Comprising a single hour-long track, 'Absolutego' was a radical statement in underground heavy music, heavily inspired by the pioneering sludge of Melvins and the minimalist doom of Earth. The recording explores monolithic, sustained guitar feedback, glacial tempos, and excruciating volume, effectively stripping metal down to its textural and vibrational core. It established the band as essential figures in the global drone metal movement.
