Album Notes & Community Reviews

Originally written as a folk song, 'Call Me Maybe' was restructured into an immaculate, relentlessly catchy dance-pop anthem. The track gained unprecedented global virality after a lip-sync video featuring Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez circulated on YouTube, propelling it to the top of the charts in over fifteen countries. The shimmering synth stabs and relatable, teenage narrative solidified it as the definitive song of the 2012 summer.
