Album Notes & Community Reviews

Defined by James Calvin Wilsey's haunting, heavily echo-laden Fender Stratocaster riff, 'Wicked Game' updates the 1950s rockabilly aesthetic with a deeply cinematic, atmospheric production. The song initially stalled upon release but gained massive global traction eighteen months later after David Lynch prominently featured it in the film 'Wild at Heart'. Herb Ritts' famous black-and-white music video became an MTV staple of early 90s sensual pop.
