World in My Eyes / Happiest Girl / Sea of Sin

Album Notes & Community Reviews

Functioning as the final single from their magnum opus 'Violator', 'World in My Eyes' is a pristine slice of dark, propulsive electronic pop. Dave Gahan delivers a seductive, confident vocal performance over an immaculate, Kraftwerk-influenced synthesizer rhythm. The release was heavily bolstered by its highly regarded B-sides, which further explored the band's signature blend of danceability and atmospheric gloom.
