Album Notes & Community Reviews
Spanning nine minutes and five distinct movements, 'Jesus of Suburbia' is an ambitious pop-punk suite that serves as the centerpiece of the 'American Idiot' concept album. Its theatrical scope and themes of disenfranchisement elevated Green Day from aging 90s rockers to stadium-filling political commentators.
