Water People / Moving Machine

Album Notes & Community Reviews

Originally pressed as a highly limited seven-inch vinyl, this dual track offering highlights Liz Harris's mastery of tape decay and obscured melodies. The A-side relies on a submerged, repetitive vocal loop that slowly dissolves into a dense fog of ambient noise, characteristic of her Pacific Northwest recording origins. It serves as a haunting bridge between her more structured pop experiments and formless drone works.
