Album Notes & Community Reviews
'The Dark Is Rising' is a Mercury Rev single from 'All Is Dream', built on Jonathan Donahue's fragile vocal and an orchestral dream pop arrangement. The album continued the band's turn toward lush, symphonic songwriting.
