Album Notes & Community Reviews

Exhibiting a remarkably warm, country-rock influence, 'Range Life' is a laid-back reflection on the aging process of an independent touring musician. The song famously garnered controversy for a lyrical bridge that overtly mocks the sincerity and commercialism of highly popular alternative acts like The Smashing Pumpkins and Stone Temple Pilots. Its loose, ambling groove epitomizes the charmingly unpolished aesthetic of 1990s indie rock.
