Album Notes & Community Reviews
The lead single from 'Secret South', 'Clogger' drives 16 Horsepower's gothic country with banjo, concertina and a stomping rhythm section under David Eugene Edwards' fire-and-brimstone vocal. Cut during the band's self-produced sessions for the album, it distills their old-time instrumentation and apocalyptic Christian imagery.
