Album Notes & Community Reviews
Released as a ten-minute B-side to the lead single 'America', this sprawling epic examines the controversial Rajneesh movement (led by Bhagwan Shree Rajneesh) through a lens of spiritual longing and cult psychology. The arrangement constantly shifts, bridging Stevens' intimate folk instrumentation with vast, glitchy synthesizer soundscapes. It prominently interpolates melodies from his 2005 album 'Illinois', acting as a dense, self-referential sonic tapestry.
