Album Notes & Community Reviews

Widely considered one of the earliest examples of psychedelic rock, the track is defined by Roger McGuinn's dissonant, Coltrane-inspired 12-string guitar solos. The dense, interwoven vocal harmonies and cryptic, free-associative lyrics created a soaring, chaotic atmosphere that revolutionized the intersection of folk and rock.
