Album Notes & Community Reviews

Written by Robert Smith as a sincere, straightforward wedding gift for his wife, Mary Poole. The track's unadorned romanticism offers a crucial moment of levity amidst the suffocating gloom of the 'Disintegration' album. Driven by a grooving bassline and elegant, swirling synthesizers, it surprisingly became the band's highest-charting single in the United States.
