Album Notes & Community Reviews
A massive international hit from the Australian beat group, characterized by an incredibly tight, interlocking dual-guitar riff. The intricate, shifting vocal harmonies and urgent lyrical focus on escaping working-class drudgery perfectly captured the frenetic energy of the mid-sixties mod aesthetic.
