Album Notes & Community Reviews

Effortlessly blending smooth vocal jazz with the highly upbeat rhythm of jump blues, this massively successful single served as an incredibly catchy musical map of the expanding American West. The wonderfully playful, urban delivery romanticized post-war automobile travel and completely became an undeniable rhythm and blues standard.
