Someday

Album Notes & Community Reviews

Anchored by a relentlessly buoyant, shuffling rhythm and interwoven, melodic guitar lines, the track exudes a profound sense of nostalgic melancholy disguised as an upbeat rock song. Julian Casablancas's wistful vocal delivery tackles the inevitable dissolution of friendships and the passage of time. The single further cemented 'Is This It' as the defining masterpiece of the New York rock revival.
