Album Notes & Community Reviews
Matt Elliott's Third Eye Foundation project, based in Bristol, works at the junction of drum and bass and illbient collage. 'What Is It With You' layers breakbeats under dissonant string and brass samples, its unease characteristic of the project's late-1990s Domino releases.
