Album Notes & Community Reviews
Unloads a blistering, relentless barrage of snare rolls and aggressive, tremolo-picked guitars to convey the intense bitterness of a failing relationship. Hamilton Leithauser's desperate, throat-shredding vocal performance makes it one of the most visceral and widely acclaimed tracks of the decade's post-punk revival. It remains an enduring classic of New York's early 2000s indie rock scene.
