Album Notes & Community Reviews
William Orbit's trance reworking of Samuel Barber's 'Adagio for Strings', taken from his album 'Pieces in a Modern Style', which recast classical works in electronic form. The single became one of the defining classical-crossover club records of the turn of the century, propelled by Ferry Corsten's remix.
