Trust Fall

Lyrics for Trust Fall

We stood on the edge of the Highest floor looking for Something worth fighting for You told me to jump, you Told me to blind my eyes But the city below was a Grid of beautiful lies Are we moving too fast to See the ground? Lost in the static, waiting For the sound So is it a trust fall into the dark? Or are we just waiting for a Brand new spark? Oh, under the neon sky, we Break and we bend Will you catch me at the bitter end? Or let me fall? (Let me fall, let me fall...) They sold us a future in a Plastic sleeve a million reasons To never believe But I feel the weight of your Hand in mine racing the clock on A borrowed timeline If the kingdom collapses, if The monitors fade We'll still remember the promises We made in a trust fall into the Dark where we're just waiting for a Brand new spark Oh, under the neon sky, we break And we bend Will you catch me at the bitter end? Or let me fall?
