Lyrics for Walking Backwards
Some days, I'm walking backwards Truth be told I don't mind Some days, I'm walking backwards Truth be told I don't mind Some days, I'm almost there Back to the beginning of time Some days I'm on the right track And there you are, on my mind Just like the moon always returning To the cradle of the dawn I don't know why It feels so natural And the whole world sings along Some days, I'm walking backwards Back to the beginning of time You say I'm on the right track Truth be told I don't mind Yesterday, I saw you with your hands up in the sky I saw the whole thing twice I said I been here before Into the future of my life Just like the moon always returning To the pailing of the dawn I don't know why It feels so natural And the whole world sings along I don't know why it feels so natural And the whole world sings along Some days, I'm walking backwards Truth be told I don't mind Some days, I'm walking backwards Truth be told I don't mind Some days I'm almost there
