Control Freak

Lyrics for Control Freak

I wish I was a control freak 'cause then I'd have control I'd be operating at my peak not doing what I'm told I'd push around all my colleagues, and put projects on hold The whole idea of democracy is lost on me I'm already free I've got a good idea I've got a good idea I've got a good idea And if I was a producer then I'd protect my ears No photographs in the paper an anonymous career There'd be so much time working alone that I'd be bored to tears The whole idea of fraternity appeals to me It's like a family I've got a good idea I've got a good idea I've got a good idea I've got a good idea I've got a good idea I've got a good idea So here's what I'll do I'll follow you And you can guide me through The mess I fell into I'll follow you Only if you approve I'll make it all up to you I wish I was a computer then I'd be organized I'd sit around on a pine desk, no bills to reconcile It really is just a nice dream that I won't realize It confuses me the technology 'cause my brain's too slow I'm a technophobe I've got a good idea I've got a good idea I've got a good idea I'm getting out of here I've got a good idea I've got a good idea I'm getting out of here
