Album Notes & Community Reviews

Originating from the flourishing German underground, Aera's debut 'Humanum est' successfully marries the jam-oriented ethos of Krautrock with tight jazz-rock virtuosity. The largely instrumental record is propelled by intricate flute and guitar interplay, avoiding the icy synthesizer sounds of their peers in favor of a warm, organic fusion.
