Album Notes & Community Reviews

For this album, Aesop Rock took on the majority of production duties himself, resulting in a more abrasive and electronic-influenced sound compared to his previous work with Blockhead. The record is characterized by its cacophonous, synth-heavy beats and Aesop's signature dense, polysyllabic, and surrealist lyricism. It stands as one of the most distinctive and challenging projects in the Definitive Jux catalog.
