Album Notes & Community Reviews

Ending a twelve-year studio hiatus, the legendary UK dub collective led by Bonjo Iyabinghi Noah and producer Adrian Sherwood returns in top form. 'A Trip to Bolgatanga' heavily features traditional Ghanaian percussion seamlessly interwoven with Sherwood's pioneering, deeply psychedelic electronic dub techniques. The album is a profoundly rhythmic, highly energetic celebration of pan-African and Jamaican musical traditions.
