Album Notes & Community Reviews

'In Pursuit of Shashamane Land' immerses listeners in a dense, psychedelic fusion of traditional Jamaican dub techniques and pan-African percussion. Steered by master producer Adrian Sherwood, the expansive mixes utilize heavy echoing effects and experimental sampling to create a deeply spiritual, global soundscape. It stands as a masterwork of futuristic roots music for the seminal On-U Sound imprint.
