Blacken the Angel
by Agathodaimon
The debut full-length album from the German group, 'Blacken the Angel' was pivotal in establishing their signature sound. Due to the temporary departure of vocalist Vlad Dracul, the album's vocals were handled by guest singer Akaias, who would later become a full-time member. The record is celebrated for its potent combination of aggressive black metal riffing, lush keyboard arrangements, and a pervasive vampiric, gothic atmosphere.
