Album Notes & Community Reviews
Deeply embedded in the Udigrudi counterculture of northeastern Brazil, 'Espelho cristalino' fuses rapid-fire, poetic regional singing with dense progressive rock instrumentation. Valen莽a brilliantly utilizes traditional maracatu and bai茫o rhythms as a foundation for expansive, psychedelic folk exploration.
