Commissioned by choreographer Richard Siegal for the ballet 'Ectopia', the acclaimed German sound artist continues his exploration of deeply cinematic, micro-edited electronics. 'HYbr:ID II' relies heavily on the clinical precision of micromontage, manipulating sub-bass frequencies and stark digital drones. The completely instrumental album presents an incredibly futuristic, mechanical, and ominously atmospheric sound world.
