Album Notes & Community Reviews

Carsten Nicolai continues his impeccably precise conceptual series, constructing a breathtakingly stark, deeply atmospheric suite of glitch-heavy ambient music and minimal techno. The entirely instrumental soundscapes are distinctly cold and hyper-mechanical, conjuring an overwhelming sense of futuristic, nocturnal isolation. It is a remarkably hypnotic, meticulously engineered exploration of negative sonic space.
