Album Notes & Community Reviews
Re-emerging after a significant period of silence, the British improvisational collective presented this challenging, purely textural work. 'Generative Themes' features founding members Eddie Pr茅vost and John Tilbury alongside cellist Rohan de Saram, creating slowly evolving, deeply atonal acoustic drones. The recording relies entirely on spontaneous, non-idiomatic interaction, pushing the boundaries of acoustic instrumentation into abrasive, industrial-leaning territories.
