Album Notes & Community Reviews

A groundbreaking collision between the avant-garde New York hip-hop trio and the free jazz piano virtuoso Matthew Shipp. The album seamlessly blends highly abstract, poetic lyricism with incredibly eclectic, improvisational jazz instrumentation, resulting in a completely unique, forward-thinking experimental hip-hop experience.
