Released as the first of two companion albums (followed shortly by 'PLUS'), this project sees the legendary electronic duo pulling back from the punishing abstraction of their late-2010s output. The record relies on warm, synthesized melodies and floating, ambient structures, largely eschewing their trademark aggressive percussion. It was celebrated as one of their most emotionally resonant and accessible releases in years.
