Album Notes & Community Reviews

'Nemesisters' represents a subtle departure from the band's trademark unrelenting abrasiveness, incorporating slower grooves and surprising cover songs into their heavy, dissonant framework. Recorded as a trio with Kat Bjelland's searing vocals at the forefront, the album showcases a more versatile, albeit still fiercely aggressive, side of the Minneapolis punk scene. It stands as the final studio album from the group's classic 1990s run.
