Album Notes & Community Reviews

Continuing the highly acclaimed project of writing new music for previously unrecorded Woody Guthrie lyrics, the British folk-punk icon and the American alt-country leaders delivered a superb second volume. The collaboration flawlessly marries Guthrie's working-class poetry and political wit with warm, robust Americana arrangements.
