Shortwave Memories

Geir Jenssen abandons the sample-heavy approach of his recent ambient releases, opting to build an entire album using only vintage, late-1970s analog drum machines and synthesizers. The resulting project is a stunning return to his roots, capturing the icy, hypnotic pulse of classic ambient techno and progressive electronic music heavily inspired by the post-punk era.
