The only Black Sabbath album to feature former Deep Purple vocalist Ian Gillan, 'Born Again' is a notoriously divisive, incredibly heavy entry in the band's catalog. Marred by muddy production, the album nonetheless delivers a dense, highly distorted, and unapologetically raw hard rock effort wrapped in dark, infernal imagery and hedonistic energy.
