Album Notes & Community Reviews
Formed by former members of Ginger Baker's Air Force and Fela Kuti's band, the Nigerian trio Blo delivers an incredibly potent slice of fuzzed-out Afro-rock. 'Phase II' is driven by blazing psychedelic guitar solos, deeply syncopated funk rhythms, and extended, hypnotic jam sessions.
