Album Notes & Community Reviews

This project features a diverse array of producers and contemporaries reinterpreting the band's landmark debut through electronic and club-oriented lenses. Contributors like 'M83' and 'Death from Above 1979' deconstruct the original angular rock arrangements into soundscapes ranging from electroclash to atmospheric indietronica. It remains a key artifact of the mid-2000s, illustrating the intense cross-pollination between indie rock and dance music.
