Album Notes & Community Reviews

KRS-One firmly cements his moniker as 'The Teacha' on this stark, uncompromisingly educational third LP. Released in the wake of his highly visible 'Stop the Violence' movement, the album strips back the production to raw, minimalistic boom-bap, allowing his dense, philosophical raps on systemic racism and police brutality to take center stage. 'Ghetto Music' remains a quintessential cornerstone of golden-age conscious hip-hop.
